Urgent need - Help Us Help The Street Children
Over two years ago inJesus Global Missions began a friendship and partnership with our pastors in Kovvur, India. Through our partnership with Ashok and his father, Muppidi Immanuel, we now have a network of approximately 300 pastors and leaders, now recognized as inJesus Ministries India.
Recently, heavy rains have resulted in heavy flooding in their region. Originally, a shelter was built with tarps and metal roofing material. Due to the severe weather conditions, that structure was destroyed by storms, and the thirty-five children moved into a church member's home. With the support of our partners, we have been able to assist in feeding and caring for these children.
Where He Gives Vision, He Gives Provision
We have worked with the team in the country to identify a home that is available just a few minutes walk from the church and have put together a budget to acquire the home. We have negotiated a purchase price of the house for USD $12k. This home provides plenty of room for the care of the children, the preparation of meals, and outdoor activities. It is a safe and secure place for them to call home. The churches have people to live with and care for these children. We have a donor who has come forth pledging $9000 towards the purchase of the home. We need to act quickly as this home is actively for sale and will not be available for long. Please join us in prayer believing for the remainder of the needed funds to make this happen. You, too, can, through your prayers and financial support, BE THE DIFFERENCE to these 35 children who have no mother or father or place to call him.
Thank you for your Support!
This Friday, October 25, 9am EST David will be leading a discipleship conference with the pastors network in Kovvur, India. At that time, we will be providing food for the 200+ pastors and leaders attending, as well as feeding the children in the area. If you would like to be a part of it, you may give online assistance to cover these costs.
